If your organization is looking to sell plants as a fundraiser, we offer an easy alternative! Through our spring voucher program, your organization can sell vouchers for fundraising and your “customers” can come to the greenhouse to pick up the plant they want.
Here is the basic rundown of how it works:
1: The non-profit organization would create a unique voucher (must be approved by Lavocat’s) that is numbered or marked with a seal to prevent replication.
2: Each voucher would entitle the customer to 1 – 10” Hanging Basket, 1 – 4.5” Pot, or 1 Annual Flat.
3: The customer would purchase the voucher from the non-profit organization at the sell price (also our retail price) and the non-profit organization would pay Lavocat’s the cost.
4: All vouchers would be accompanied by a spreadsheet showing the customer’s name and what they purchased.
Some benefits of this system include:
- No handling of product saving the organization time and money
- No delivery fee
- No damage caused in transporting flowers
- The customer gets to choose the exact variety and color flower that they want from our conveniently located Garden Center
- Customers can mix annual trays with several different varieties
All details regarding a voucher sale of this kind must be finalized by the end of April each year.
